Hi readers!
Sorry for the long break. My short story has come to an end for now, it will continue soon.
I am reading lots of books recently, including lemony snicket, percy jackson, hunger games etc. I will continue posting regular diary posts for a while.

my story, part 5

No one was able to wait until the next day. They were going to decide a leader, find a name for the group, and have a huge party. Each person from the four would bring a little something to share, like snacks.
Finally, the day was Tuesday, but it was still morning. Lucy thought she would explode with excitement. When their mom asked her, "Why are you so excited Lucietta?"(Their parents used full names), she simply answered, "oh, nothing." Anna was also in the same mood. Excited.
As they agreed, they all met in the little shed Marc used. First, all the snacks they brought were put out. Marc lit a oil lamp as it was really cold outside.Now, they started discussing names.
"The fantastic four." said Mews. But the girls said there was already a movie like that. "The famous four." said Lucy. But the others said there was already a famous five, so it was no good.
They discussed many names and finally came to a conclusion. Their name was "finding out for fun four", also known as the Finding four, a short name.

They enjoyed a little together and found out many new things. All of them (Except Anna) knew a lot about and wanted to be detectives. They decided to form a detective team. Anna wanted to join but she had to listen to the others before doing anything, as she knew nothing about detectives. They were not sure of the team's name yet. They also wanted to set a place as a hideout.
So, for the time being, they sat together and shared lunch.They ended up having a lot of food, the favorites being noodles and cream pies. They enjoyed their meal, and washed it down with apple juice. They finished lunch by 2:00pm. They chatted till around 3:30, and went home together.
Anna had a lot to tell her mom. But Marc told her not to tell her about anything as he wanted it to be a secret. Lucy wanted to tell her dad but Mews stopped her.  While they were chatting in the picnic they decided this would all be a secret. They also decided to meet in the little shed room in Marc and Anna's house. Marc used to use it as his special room to read books and practices disguises. They were going to meet there on Tuesday, in the afternoon. This was going to be their meeting place or hideout.

my story, part 3

Anna maintained a nature notebook, which had the names of the plants she knew. She named them slowly."Daffodils, lily, rose, dandelion" and more. Then she bumped into someone. She looked up. She had bumped into two kids.
"Sorry." she said. She looked at the kids. One looked younger than her, the other, older. She was excited. "Hi. I'm Annabelle but Anna to friends. Who are you?"Anna said. The smaller one said, "I'm Lucietta, but you can call me Lucy."she said.The elder one said "I'm Botholomew but you can call me Mews. I'm 13 and Lucy here is 8. Did you come alone here?" he asked. "No, my elder brother Marc came with me."she said. "I just came here to explore. Hey, did you come for a picnic?" said Anna.
"Yes, we did." said Mews.

Anna led them to the place where they set up. Anna introduced them to her brother and became friends.In the process, Mews asked Marc where they lived. It ended up they lived just a block away from each other.This was a new beginning for them.

Anna loved to go out for picnics and that sort of stuff but Marc or Marcus was interested in detectives, disguises and things like that. He always wanted to be one.
One bright Monday Morning, Marc finally agreed to take Anna to a trip to the top of the hill which was close to them. It would take an hour to go there on bicycles. So, they set off at about 9:30 in the morning. "Marc, I hope we meet any new friends only the hill. We know very few people in town." said Anna. "Maybe we may stumble upon a few people." Marc replied.
They reached the top of the hill by 10:45, and the hill had a lovely view of the whole town. They were going to have a picnic lunch on the hill, and stay for a little time after that. As Marc was spreading out a blanket and taking out some snacks (Marc loved eating so he had brought a large stock of food), Anna went to explore. She told Marc and he said "Sure, but come back here at 11:45 for lunch." So, off Anna goes!

The Finding Four (my first story)

Once upon a time there was a village called Pottersville. In this town there lived a boy and a girl named Marcus Liva and Annabelle Liva. They lived with their family near the outskirts of Pottersville. They had been living there since they were little, and they knew the town very well. They both went to boarding school and came home for Summer, Winter and Autumn/fall holidays.It was their winter break, and they were happy to be home again.Marcus is 14 and Anna or Annabelle is 11.
Both of them always used to go to their aunt Ella's house for the Holidays. But this time she was out of town on a tour to Australia, so they had to stay in Pottersville.

New things coming up...

Hi readers,
My exams are still going on, but I would like to announce that my blog has always been like a diary blog, and I just write about things that happen everyday. But a few months ago, I wrote a story book(I have not published it,I wrote it just for fun) and after my exams are done, I will write a chapter from it every few days. It is about four kids and it is a mystery story. It is kind of simple, but I feel it would be good for a start. See you after my exams, readers!

A long gap since my last post....

Hi again...
Sorry I was not able to update for about a month. I have my exams coming up in march and so much work to do. Anyway, its almost three weeks that we have been in Ramky towers and we pretty much settled in our new house. It is a lot of fun here. I made a few friends. I will not be posting anything till my exams are over. Sorry. Bye readers!

Back to normal....

Hi again, Readers!
I am back from Sankranthi break and just yesterday, my new house had a gruhapravesham and we are joining there with furniture on the 4th or 5th of Feb. I am so excited. I am really tired because of yesterday. The gruhapravesham was on the 28th night and the puja went on all night. In the morning all the guests came and lunch was at home. Other than this special event, everything else is normal. School work stress has lessened. No other news. Bye!
